Groupe ADP reports significant profit growth in fiscal year 2025

French airport operator Groupe ADP has reported positive results for the 2025 financial year, improving its key performance indicators in almost all areas. The company, which operates Paris's Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports and holds international investments, among others, increased its revenue by 8,9 percent to a total of €6,7 billion. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) climbed by 12,3 percent to €2,32 billion, while net profit rose by 11,7 percent to €382 million. Based on these solid earnings, the group plans to distribute a dividend of €3 per share to its shareholders for 2025. Global passenger traffic across the entire group network increased by 4,2 percent to 379 million travelers. A key driver of this growth was the core business at its airports in the French capital, where 107 million passengers were handled, representing a 3,4 percent increase. Despite the positive earnings figures, the financial burden of liabilities remains: the group's net debt amounted to €8,6 billion at year-end. However, the group is benefiting from the recovery of international travel and increased occupancy of commercial space in the terminals. For the current year, 2026, management is cautiously optimistic and forecasts moderate traffic growth for Paris airports of between 1,5 and 2,5 percent. The target is for operating profit to exceed €2,35 billion. Further analysis indicates that international holdings, such as in the Indian airport operator GMR Airports, will continue to make a significant contribution to this.
