The Latvian airline Air Baltic is further expanding its services from Hamburg Airport. From May 2, 2025, an Airbus A220-300 will connect the Hanseatic city with the Estonian capital Tallinn twice a week. This makes Air Baltic the only airline to offer a direct flight connection between the two cities.
"We are very pleased about this new route, which connects all three Baltic states directly with Hamburg," said Gesa Zaremba, Head of Airline and Traffic Development at Hamburg Airport. Thomas Ramdahl, Senior Vice President Network Management at Air Baltic, stresses the importance of Germany as an important market for the airline.
Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, attracts visitors with a mixture of medieval charm and modern flair. The well-preserved old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to historical sights, the city also offers a lively start-up scene and a diverse range of culinary offerings.
