The Boeing 777-300 operated by Air Canada with registration C-FIUV had a hard landing at Toronto-Pearson coming from Tokyo-Haneda on November 13, 2023. A video recorded by a spotter is causing a stir on the Internet.

This shows the long-haul aircraft suddenly being hit by strong winds. The pilots managed to land the jet safely, but at high speed and extremely hard. The C-FIUV was then thoroughly examined by mechanics and released again. The re-deployment took place on November 14, 2023 in the direction of Tokyo-Haneda.
