The Austrian airline Austrian Airlines has successfully appointed a new head of cabin crew. In the future, Nicole Haginger will take over the position of managing cabin crew.

Nicole Haginger, who began her career as a flight attendant at Lauda Air in 1994, will be the new head of cabin crew at Austrian Airlines. COO Francesco Sciortino is delighted that this position has been filled, which he confirmed in a speech. "I am looking forward to working with her and am convinced that in Nicole Haginger we have found the right person to take our customer experience in the cabin to an even higher level!" said Sciortino. Haginger succeeds Vera Renner, who is retiring at the end of the year.
