Advertising

The Austrian Business Travel Association (ABTA), the association of the Austrian business travel industry, has expanded its board with the addition of Kirsten Hauft-Tulic (Strategic Purchaser Mobility & Travel Services, Fronius International GmbH) and Michael Glück (Director of Operations and authorized signatory at BTU Business Travel Unlimited). This reinforcement is intended to further consolidate the association's work.

The two new board members will support existing members Monika Milde (Wolf Theiss), Marion Würtz (cargo-partner), Alexander Schnecke (AUA), Janine Kranz (Airport Salzburg), and Emilia Böhmer (AVIS Budget Group). The association will continue to be led by President Roman Neumeister (OSZE) and Vice Presidents Sabine Toplak (ACCOR) and Angela Lille (ERSTE Group). ABTA represents the interests of the Austrian business travel industry and is committed to its continued development.

Kirsten Hauft-Tulic brings 30 years of experience in the travel industry, including positions at Lufthansa, Air Alps, and AX Travel and Verkehrsbüro Business Travel. Since 2021, she has headed the Travel & Fleet Management division at the Upper Austrian family-owned company Fronius International GmbH and is responsible for the travel business of around 7.000 employees in 36 countries. Michael Glück, a native of Salzburg, joined BTU Business Travel Unlimited after holding positions at Austrian Airlines and KUONI/BTI/Hogg Robinson. Since the merger with VB Business Travel, he has been responsible for all booking teams across Austria as Director of Operations. He also serves as authorized signatory at BTU Business Travel Unlimited Reisebüroges.mbH and AX Travel Management GmbH, as well as Co-Managing Director of the joint venture HBT – Herburger Business Travel GmbH.
