A group of British journalists recently visited Carinthia to get to know the pre-Christmas period in the region. Invited by Klagenfurt Tourism, Carinthia Advertising and Klagenfurt Airport, representatives of renowned media such as the BBC and "The Sun" travelled there.
The trip included visits to the Klagenfurt Christmas market, Advent markets around Lake Wörthersee and activities such as the slide at Pyramidenkogel. Klagenfurt Airport highlighted the importance of direct flights from London to make Carinthia better known internationally.
