Brussels Airlines leads AirHelp Score 2024 as best airline

Brussels Airlines is the best airline in the AirHelp Score 2024, the company announced. With 8,12 points, the Belgian airline placed just ahead of Qatar Airways and United Airlines.

The rating is based on punctuality, customer satisfaction and the processing of compensation claims. While Brussels Airlines dominates the overall ranking, Oman Air and Play impress in terms of punctuality. European airlines make up the majority of the top 10. Tunisair takes last place in the ranking.
