Condor has revised its fare structure and introduced new options for travelers. The adjustments primarily affect hand baggage regulations, flexible rebooking options, and various fare classes. The airline is thus responding to changing customer needs, particularly for its new city connections.
Passengers booking a city flight with the Economy Light fare will now be allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage and one small bag on board at no additional charge. On other short-, medium-, and long-haul routes, Condor will continue to offer the cheaper Economy Zero fare, which allows only one small bag with no additional hand luggage. This differentiation is intended to meet customers' different price and comfort needs.
Another change concerns booking flexibility. The previous flexible fares are now being combined into a single Flex Fare, which allows customers to rebook or cancel their flight free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. The refunded amount will be automatically credited back to the original payment method. In addition, frequent business travelers can receive a voucher upon cancellation under the new Green Fare fare, which can be used for a new booking within ten months.
The new rates apply immediately to all single-seat bookings and are available through all sales channels. Existing bookings retain the terms and conditions applicable at the time of booking.
