As part of its growth strategy, DSR Hotel Holding GmbH (Rostock) is taking over Travel Charme Hotel GmbH & Co. KG (Berlin) with its twelve hotels and resorts in Germany and Austria. Another hotel in the chain in Italy will open in summer 2024. Subject to the fulfillment of the contractual closing conditions and approval by the antitrust authorities, the transaction is scheduled to be completed on March 31.03.2024, XNUMX.
