Dubai: Eurowings has to temporarily move to DWC

Eurowings, a subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group, plans to change its destination airport in Dubai starting with the upcoming summer flight schedule. According to reports from Aeroroutes, the airline will no longer fly to Dubai International Airport from March 30 to April 27, 2025. Instead, flights will take place from Berlin, Cologne/Bonn and Stuttgart to Dubai World Central Airport (Al Maktoum).

The decision to change the destination airport could be due to various factors, including operational considerations, availability of time slots and strategic adjustments in Eurowings' flight network.

The move could impact travelers, particularly those who have already booked flights to Dubai or are planning to do so. Eurowings customers should therefore carefully check the company's information and take any changes into account if necessary.
