Swiss airline Edelweiss Air will launch a new flight connection between Zurich and Kittilä, Finland, in the 2024-2025 winter season.

From December 11, 2024, flights will be offered twice a week. During the 2025 summer season, the route will be served on Saturdays from June to September. An Airbus A320 with 174 seats will be used. This is the second international flight connection offered year-round to Kittilä Airport. The expansion of flight connections is intended to promote year-round tourism in Lapland and improve international accessibility to the region.
