Frankfurt: Lufthansa discontinues London Gatwick

Effective June 30, 2024, Lufthansa will abandon non-stop flights between Frankfurt am Main and London-Gatwick.

The carrier will only serve this route sporadically in June 2024. Lufthansa concentrates its London presence at Heathrow. However, the subsidiary Swiss only recently a connection between Zurich and London-Gatwick so that the second largest airport in the capital of the United Kingdom continues to be connected to a Lufthansa Group hub.
