The Imperial Riding School Hotel on Ungargasse in Vienna Landstrasse has opened its doors to guests after a four-year period of rest and an 18-month renovation. As the first hotel of the international Autograph Collection Hotels brand in Austria, the renovated hotel combines tradition and zeitgeist.

With 342 guest rooms, a 450 m² wellness area with an indoor pool and a restaurant with an outdoor area in the largest inner-city private garden in Vienna, it offers a variety of amenities. There are also 13 event rooms available for conferences, meetings and private events.

The Imperial Riding School, once the Garden Palace Harrach from 1727, has a rich history. General Manager Jürgen Fleischhacker emphasizes that the new hotel concept reflects the building's diverse identity. With an investment volume of around 45 million euros, the hotel is now one of the high-quality Autograph Collection hotels.

The hotel, nestled in the surrounding artists' quarter, presents itself as a mixture of formal etiquette and rebellious charm. The location between Ungargasse, Linke Bahngasse and Rennweg makes it attractive for both tourists and business travelers.

The heart of the culinary offering will be the outdoor restaurant "Elstar - The Garden", which is reminiscent of the historic orchard. A stylish bar called "The Farrier" and a take-away called "Cameo" also complement the gastronomic offering. The hotel attaches great importance to sustainability and is investing in things like a photovoltaic system on the roof, energy-efficient building technology and certified furniture.
