Germany's largest airline, Lufthansa, has published a new sales catalog for buy-on-board catering in economy class on short and medium-haul routes. At the same time, prices were also increased – in some cases sharply.

For about 1,5 years now, Lufthansa and its subsidiaries have only been offering food and drinks in economy class for a fee. New sales catalogs are published at regular intervals. This time the opportunity was also taken to increase the prices, as initially reported by the Frankfurt Flyer portal.

Many products have been increased in price by an average of 50 cents. For example, you have to pay 50 cents more for the coffee. Sandwiches now cost six euros and in combination with a drink you have to put seven euros on the table. Only card payments will continue to be accepted.
