Münster/Osnabrück Airport assumes that it will have counted around 2023 passengers by the end of 990.000. This would be 19 percent higher than the previous year and would be one of the few German airports to reach pre-crisis volumes again.

The FMO will achieve a positive operating result of over five million euros in 2023. This year, for the first time since 2011, the airport was able to report a positive balance sheet result of around 250.000 euros.

Managing director Rainer Schwarz praised the commitment of the FMO team: “Big thanks to our employees, who showed a high level of flexibility during the Corona period and, with great personal commitment, brought the FMO back on the road to success so quickly this year.”
