At Klagenfurt Airport, Santa Claus was welcomed with a large program. Over 100 children watched the arrival of the holy guest, who arrived by plane on time at 17 p.m.

Accompanied by angels and Krampus, Santa Claus read from the Golden Book and handed out Santa Claus bags. The airport bistro offered Christmas delicacies. The event was supported by local sponsors and is intended to promote the airport as an adventure location, according to Managing Director Maximilian Wildt.
