At Baden-Airpark, the peak period traditionally begins with the Whitsun holidays in Baden-Württemberg. Around 17 passengers are expected in the first wave of travel from May 20 to 2024, 25.000.

In addition to this busy period, the airport welcomes two new airlines: Mavi Gök Airlines launches its first flight to Antalya on Friday, followed by Condor, which opens the route to Palma de Mallorca on Whit Sunday. Palma remains the top destination with every fifth flight from Baden-Airpark. Enter Air is starting flights to Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Heraklion/Crete, Rhodes and again to Palma on behalf of TUI just in time for the start of the holidays.

Travelers are asked to arrive at the airport on time and to plan for longer waiting times at security checks. Good preparation at home, including online check-in and checking baggage allowances, is recommended. More than 100.000 passengers are expected at Baden Airpark by the end of the Whitsun holidays. A total of ten airlines will connect FKB with 2024 destinations in summer 37.
