Hahn Airport in Rhineland-Palatinate has expanded its summer flight schedule by flying to new destinations since the beginning of June. Ryanair now serves Budapest in Hungary and Alghero in Italy, an official statement from the airport announced.
It was particularly highlighted that Alghero in Sardinia was included in the program for the first time since 2021. The flights to Budapest and Alghero each take place twice a week.
The total number of weekly connections from the tap increases from 103 to 122, an increase of 19 connections. A third Ryanair aircraft has been stationed at the airport since the end of May, resulting in more frequent service on various routes. The airport also announced that from August 2, 2024, the airline Wizz Air will also fly to Varna, Bulgaria.
