According to Oliver Buchhofer, Swiss's Chief Operating Officer, the significant improvement in punctuality combined with the simultaneous increase in passenger numbers demonstrates that the preparations made have paid off. He also highlighted the dedication of the employees during the busy Easter holidays.
European city breaks such as London, Munich, and Berlin were particularly popular among travelers. On long-haul routes, destinations in the United States, particularly New York, Miami, and Chicago, enjoyed great popularity.
