Turkish Airlines doubles frequency from Bremen to Istanbul

Advertising

Turkish Airlines now offers twice-daily flights from Bremen to Istanbul. This increased frequency connects the northern German Hanseatic city not only with the Turkish metropolis on the Bosporus, but also with one of the world's largest route networks. Travelers from northwest Germany thus benefit from access to over 300 destinations in more than 100 countries, which Turkish Airlines serves from its Istanbul hub.

The airline, a member of Star Alliance, will fly daily from Bremen to Istanbul at 23:2025 a.m. and 10.20:18.20 p.m. starting June XNUMX, XNUMX. Flight times are approximately three hours each way. By doubling the number of flights, Turkish Airlines is strengthening Bremen's connection to a major international aviation hub. No other airline serves more countries worldwide than Turkish Airlines. Passengers can travel directly from Istanbul to destinations such as Dubai, Cape Town, Manila, Sydney, or Tokyo.

Bremen Airport is an important economic and tourism factor for the Hanseatic city and the surrounding region, which has a catchment area of 13 million people. In addition to the new connections to Istanbul, the airport offers daily flights to other international hubs such as Frankfurt, Munich, Amsterdam, Zurich, and Vienna. This provides access to over 500 worldwide destinations with just one transfer. There are also numerous connections to destinations in Europe and North Africa. Bremen Airport, which opened in 1909 as Germany's first airport with a paved runway, forms a combined aerospace hub with local companies and research institutions.
