Wizz Air is expanding its flight offering from Varna Airport with four new routes from 2025. From March 31, 2024, flights will be served to Abu Dhabi for the first time, followed by connections to Frankfurt-Hahn, Nuremberg and Tel Aviv from mid-April.

The expansion is made possible by an additional Airbus aircraft being stationed there. This increases the airline's capacity in Varna by 90 percent to over 400.000 seats. This underlines the importance of the airport for Bulgaria's international connectivity.
