Wizz Air has reopened its temporary base at Chișinău Airport and is offering direct flights to 16 destinations for the winter season, including eight new routes starting on December 16, 2024. The new connections include Berlin, Bologna, Paris Beauvais and Nuremberg, with prices starting at just 24,99 euros.

Through these measures, Wizz Air will increase its capacity by 374% during the winter season, making over 400.000 seats available. The airline's expansion will strengthen Moldova's connection to Europe, while supporting the local economy and creating jobs. The resumption of the connection between Chișinău and Brussels South Charleroi Airport was previously announced.
