With immediate effect, the Latvian airline Smartlynx, in cooperation with the package tour operator FTI, is connecting Berlin Airport with Dubai by non-stop flight. The route will initially start with two weekly connections.

The airline flies to the metropolis on the Arabian Gulf every Monday and Thursday. Just in time for Christmas, a third weekly connection will be added on December 18, 2021 on Saturdays. The capital region is now connected non-stop to the United Emirates for the first time since March 2020. It is flown with an Airbus A321. The start at BER is in the evening at 22.00 p.m. The arrival at Dubai International Airport (DXB) is on the flight schedule in the early morning at 6.15 a.m. local time. The return flight takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8.00:12.45 a.m. from Dubai Airport with arrival at BER at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.

“We are pleased that SmartLynx Airlines and FTI are connecting BER with Dubai. The tour operator offers travelers to the capital region the opportunity to travel non-stop to Dubai. The new connection is a further step on the way to a return to more normality in air traffic ”, says Aletta von Massenbach, CEO of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH.
