The programs are designed to meet the needs of a diverse group of applicants – from high school or technical school graduates to experienced mechanics – ensuring there is a suitable option for every career ambition.
Andris Vaivads, Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Air Baltic, said: “We continuously invest in the development of our team to ensure that Air Baltic maintains the highest standards with the best professionals and innovative technological solutions in technical maintenance. Professionals with sound training are key to the success of any airline, which is why we launched the Air Baltic Technical Academy. This initiative not only equips our students with world-class technical skills, but also directly prepares them for a flourishing career in the industry. In addition, the growth of our MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) capabilities clearly demonstrates our commitment to excellence and continuous learning.”
