Budapest Airport is expanding its route network: Air Serbia will connect the Hungarian capital with Belgrade from March 13, 2023.

The Serbian airline will initially serve the route 15 times a week before increasing to 2023 flights a week in time for the 17 summer season. Budapest was last served from Belgrade in 2014 and 2015. "It is fantastic that this route from Budapest to Belgrade is being resumed after a break of several years. The demand on the market is large enough to justify an increase from 15 to 17 weekly flights. We are sure that this will be another very successful new route," said Balázs Bogáts, Airline Development Director at Budapest Airport.
