Nuremberg Airport's flight schedule includes more than 60 non-stop destinations, mainly in Europe, while the airport's workforce consists of employees from 28 nations. In cooperation with Eurowings, Nuremberg Airport is calling for participation in the European elections. A Eurowings Airbus A320neo bears the clear statement "Yes to Europe" on its fuselage, thereby setting a visible sign for a united and peaceful Europe.

Employees from both companies gathered in front of the plane to encourage a high turnout. The airport managing director Dr. Michael Hupe emphasized the importance of a united Europe for airport operations and the region's economic ties. Eurowings CEO Jens Bischof highlighted the airline's connection to the European idea and emphasized the importance of taking a stand and strengthening democracy.

The clear message “Yes to Europe” on the Eurowings aircraft underlines the importance of Nuremberg Airport as an international transport hub and the commitment to the European idea.
