The tour operator Alltours is taking over quotas from the insolvent company FTI at short notice and is thus expanding its range of package flights, especially for the destinations Turkey and Egypt. The aim is to offer FTI customers whose trips have been cancelled a wide range of alternatives.
Alltours has introduced special conditions for affected FTI customers. All package tours with departure up to July 15, 2024 can currently be booked as an option. In addition, new bookings for the entire 2024 summer season can be rebooked or canceled free of charge up to 28 days before departure - at no extra charge and without giving any reasons.
“We expect an increase in bookings due to the FTI insolvency and have therefore begun to increase hotel and flight capacities for all destinations in the short term,” explains Willi Verhuven, owner and managing partner of the Alltours Group.
FTI customers are protected by the German Travel Insurance Fund (DRSF) and receive refunds for payments already made, so that a new summer vacation with Alltours can be booked without any problems.
