Alltours offers special conditions for former FTI customers

The tour operator Alltours is offering attractive offers to former FTI customers who had booked their summer vacation there and are now waiting for their trip to be confirmed or canceled.

Classic package tours from Alltours and byebye with departure by July 15, 2024 can be booked as an option up to and including June 15, 2024. This option can be extended up to four days before departure without requiring a deposit and the booking can be easily canceled. In addition, new bookings for the entire 2024 summer season (until October 31, 2024) can be rebooked or canceled free of charge up to 28 days before departure, without surcharge and without giving reasons.

“We want to enable all travelers who are still unsure whether their trip will be carried out or canceled by FTI to make a worry-free new booking with maximum flexibility,” explains Willi Verhuven, owner and managing partner of the Alltours group of companies.

The package tour is considered the safest way to book a holiday trip, as all package tour operators are legally obliged to insure travelers against insolvency. In the event of FTI's insolvency, the German Travel Insurance Fund (DRSF) will refund package tour customers' payments already made if a trip cannot be carried out. However, the decision-making process will take some time due to the large number of customers affected.
