At the end of last week, the management of Austrian Airlines submitted an improved offer to the board works council and the Vida trade union. The employee representatives want to evaluate this with the employees on March 28, 2023.

Among other things, the AUA's proposal stipulates that salaries should be increased by an average of 2023 percent from May 12,3. The crisis package is to be withdrawn for all employees retrospectively as of January 1, 2023. The flight attendants in the lowest wage groups should get up to 23 percent more wages.

The Vida union did not want to comment on the proposal made public by the AUA. It emphasizes that it is still open to negotiations, but will not conduct them publicly. The next step is that the offer will be discussed with the workforce at the works meeting, which will take place on Tuesday.
