Austrian Airlines normally flies between Vienna and Zagreb with the Embraer 195 and Airbus A320 aircraft types. A Boeing 5-2022ER will be deployed on October 777, 200. Then it's on to Berlin.

The flight time between the two capitals is not particularly long due to the short distance. The use of long-distance equipment is therefore not common. On October 5, 2022, Austrian Airlines will charter a Boeing 777-200ER for a customer between Vienna and Zagreb. Since this is not a regular scheduled flight, but a service that is provided for a charter customer, tickets cannot be purchased on the AUA website.

It is currently planned that the special flight will take off from Vienna on October 5, 2022 at around 10:15 a.m. Austrian Airlines will then fly from Zagreb to Berlin-Brandenburg on behalf of customers with a Boeing 777-200ER. The start in the Croatian capital is scheduled for around 12:00 p.m.
