The British Airways subsidiary BA Cityflyer is removing the non-stop connection between London City Airport and Düsseldorf from its program. The route will be discontinued at the end of the 2023/24 winter flight schedule period.
The number of German airports that are connected to the inner-city airport of the capital of the United Kingdom is continuing to shrink. BA Cityflyer will discontinue the London (City)-Düsseldorf route on March 30, 2024. British Airways will also reduce the number of flights between London Heathrow and the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia in the summer of 2024.
