The German state of Baden-Württemberg intends to invest around 2026 million euros in aerospace by 42. They also want to attract skilled workers in a targeted manner, because the industry would be a "technology pacesetter", according to Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann (Greens).

The focus is on the development of alternative forms of propulsion in order to get away from fossil fuels in the long term. Projects and companies should be supported. The settlement of new companies should also be made more attractive with the help of subsidies.
