At the end of this year, Bavarian Airlines, a new airline, wants to start up. The start-up wants to head for destinations in Germany and Europe from Munich with up to 12 Embraer E195-E2. Under one names Berlin, Dusseldorf, London City, Amsterdam and Vienna as possible destinations.

The fleet is to be obtained from lessors and has 129 seats. You don't want to position yourself as a low-cost airline, but as a quality carrier with full business class. The “C” is to be equipped with its own seats. This has now become rare for European airlines on short-haul routes. However, there is also a question mark, because the Embraer 195-E2 machine type is currently not licensed for London City Airport.

Bavarian Airlines also wants to offer included in-flight service in Economy Class. They also want to have Internet on board and inflight entertainment at every seat. According to their own statements, they have already applied for an AOC and an operating license. It is assumed that it will take off later this year. The company has already started looking for flying personnel.

In the area of the frequent flyer program, they want to risk an unusual experiment, because instead of miles there should be a company-owned "cryptocurrency". With this one should be able to pay for free flights, but also goods. Furthermore, crypto trading should be made possible.
