Business jets: Travelcoup wants to broker empty legs

The travel provider Travelcoup is starting a new pillar in the business jet sector: in the future they want to broker so-called “empty legs”.

In commercial aviation, empty flights that are required for positioning occur frequently. Many providers sell seats at comparatively cheap prices, otherwise the plane would be empty and not make any money at all. Travelcoup now wants to convey this possibility of traveling on a large scale. For this purpose, a booking platform has been created and advertises one-way prices starting at 149 euros for the business jet.
