On behalf of the tour operator FTI, European Air Charter is now serving destinations from Leipzig/Halle and Düsseldorf. The first flight took place from the Saxon airport on Friday. Eurowings is reactivating further domestic German routes

Leipzig: Volga-Dnepr flew relief supplies with An-124 to Windhoek

Last week, the airline Volga-Dnepr carried out two more aid flights with Antonov An-124s from Leipzig/Halle to Windhoek. On board were masks and ventilators, among other things. Freight: Leipzig grew again in July 2021

Corona test kits and increased online trading, among other things, brought further growth in the cargo sector to Leipzig/Halle Airport in July 2021. 133.873 tons were handled, 9,1 percent more than in the same month last year.
