Munich Airport tests security and passport controls “with appointment”

Munich Airport is testing the advance reservation of appointments for security and passport controls for an initial period of 60 days. The aim is to shorten waiting times and better manage capacity. For the time being, the offer is voluntary and free of charge. A few weeks ago, Berlin-Brandenburg Airport was the first German airport to introduce advance reservation of time slots.

Summer 2023: Lufthansa wants to use at least three A380s from Munich

In the 2023 summer flight schedule, Lufthansa will bring some of the Airbus A380 aircraft back into scheduled service. Three units are to be used from Munich.
