
Change at the top of Eurowings: Max Kownatzki is considered the favorite to succeed Jens Bischof.
The Lufthansa Group is facing a significant leadership change at its important subsidiary Eurowings. CEO Carsten Spohr confirmed in Frankfurt on Thursday that Jens Bischof, who has successfully transformed Eurowings into a reliable profit generator in recent years, will step down from the management board as planned at the end of 2025 upon reaching the age of 60.
