Eurowings drives back inner-German “race routes”.

Demand for domestic air traffic in Germany seems to be below expectations. Eurowings is also reducing the frequency of domestic flights to/from Berlin-Brandenburg for May 2022. The carrier actually planned to fly to the capital up to 12 times a day from Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart. This will not happen - at least for the time being.

STR: Mobile fire simulation system for the airport fire brigade

At Stuttgart Airport, the airport fire service will be training for their operations on aircraft using a mobile fire simulation system. The new system consists of eight containers that, when put together, form a stylized Airbus A320 or Boeing B737 aircraft.
