Dortmund Airport rehearses emergency scenarios with large-scale aircraft accident drill

Dortmund Airport is preparing for a possible emergency and will conduct a comprehensive flight accident drill next Saturday, May 10, 2025. In accordance with the safety regulations of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), numerous emergency personnel will participate in the exercise from approximately 23:00 PM to 01:00 AM.

Dortmund records significant increase in passengers during the Easter holidays – Tirana is the most popular destination

Dortmund Airport looks back on a successful Easter holiday, significantly exceeding expectations with a total of 135.678 passengers and 1.411 takeoffs and landings.
