Codeshare: ITA Airways and Air Malta work together

Advertising

Alitalia and Air Malta have worked together under codeshare agreements for many years. This is now being continued with the successor ITA Airways. A corresponding contract has already been signed.

The code sharing between Air Malta and the Alitalia successor should come into effect on October 31, 2021 and primarily facilitate transfers in Rome-Fiumicino, Milan-Linate and Luqa. In a media statement, the two airlines assume that the cooperation will boost tourism on both sides and also offer business travelers better connectivity.
