Condor, the German holiday airline based in Frankfurt, has announced a partnership with the DATEV Challenge Roth Triathlon, the largest long-distance triathlon in the world. This collaboration will not only benefit the athletes, but also the volunteers in Roth.
"In the future, we will support all sports enthusiasts to reach their destination safely together," said Magdalena Hauser, Director of Communications & Marketing at Condor. "We are delighted to be there for the first time in July and to cheer on the athletes. We want to encourage this important target group in their passion for sport during the event and beyond, and offer appropriate support on their journeys."
The partnership with Condor is also a personal pleasure for race director Felix Walchshöfer. "I have been following the industry since I was a child and have always loved flying with Condor," said Walchshöfer. "I am all the more pleased that we have been able to gain Condor, an industry leader, as a partner in Roth."
Condor is making it easier for athletes from over 90 nations to travel to the DATEV Challenge Roth Triathlon thanks to newly developed routes. Condor is also offering a "bicycle transport flat rate" on its flights and is giving away starting places for the race. The dedicated volunteers in Roth will also benefit from the partnership, as Condor is providing flight vouchers.
