The Turkish low-cost airline Corendon took delivery of a Boeing 737 Max 8 directly from the factory last week. The aircraft carries the registration TC-MKG and is the seventh unit of this type in the carrier's fleet.
Since 737, the Boeing 8-Max-2018 aircraft have been part of the group's fleet, which has flight operations in Turkey, the Netherlands and Malta. It has 37 aircraft in total, with the vast majority being B737-800s. For the year 2024, Corendon Airlines announced that it would continue to rejuvenate the fleet and at the same time expand the route network. Corendon Airlines transports more than six million passengers from countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Great Britain every year.
