Do & Co was only able to benefit from the fact that some airlines have started again to offer food on board and in their lounges in individual countries, "as the dissatisfaction of passengers, especially in the premium classes, was already very high".
Do & Co took over the catering for the long-haul flights of British Airways from Heathrow in mid-May 2020. Short-haul connections also followed on September 15, 2020. For this purpose, a 34.000 square meter large kitchen was opened in the United Kingdom.
