The airline Danish Air Transport (DAT) will offer two weekly round trips between Berlin and the Baltic Sea island of Bornholm in July and August 2021. The type of aircraft used is ATR 72 turboprop aircraft.
From the German capital, the carrier has been offering a non-stop connection to Saarbrücken for some time. This was taken up some time ago because the previous operator Luxair had withdrawn. There were interruptions due to the corona pandemic.
From May 2021, DAT will offer three weekly round trips to Hamburg from Saarland Airport. These are planned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This route was also once operated by Luxair in the form of a stopover on the way from Luxembourg to the Hanseatic city.
