The logistics group Deutsche Post-DHL will add nine Boeing 767-300BCFs to its freighter fleet. These are passenger aircraft that are converted into cargo machines.
The aircraft are purchased directly from the manufacturer Boeing. This was able to land the largest conversion order to date. The AOC on which Deutsche Post-DHL will register the additional freighters has not yet been finally communicated.
The new offshoot recently opened with DHL Air Austria from Austria at the start. This currently relies on Boeing 757F, which will be taken over by the sister company from the United Kingdom. The first machine carries one Special stickers with the lettering "Servus Austria".
