The Easter holidays begin on April 14, 2022 in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. Stuttgart Airport is therefore expecting significantly more passengers.

According to the provisional status, around 1.900 flights are scheduled for the entire week after Easter, the busiest day is Friday, April 22nd with around 200 flights. The most popular destination is Palma de Mallorca with a total of 78 flights during the holiday season.

The airport company recommends all travelers to be at the airport at least two hours before departure in order to start their vacation as relaxed as possible. Many airlines still require a mask to be worn on board, and the use of an FFP2 mask is still strongly recommended in the terminals.
