Contrary to original plans, the low-cost airline Easyjet will not be offering some routes in the 2023 summer flight schedule. In German-speaking countries, the airports in Basel, Geneva, Berlin, Cologne and Innsbruck are primarily affected.

From the airport in the German capital, Easyjet will no longer fly to Santa Cruz, Milan-Malpensa, Marseille, Marrakech, Lyon, Lisbon, Innsbruck, Helsinki, Gothenburg, Cologne/Bonn, Cagliari and Athens in summer 2023. The former Vienna connection was discontinued a long time ago.

In Switzerland, the destinations Madrid and Izmir are no longer available from Geneva. Easyjet will no longer fly to Belgrade from Basel. In Cologne/Bonn, the Palma de Mallorca connection falls victim to the cutbacks. Other routes will be abandoned, for example from Spain, the UK and France.
