From March 2025, Edelweiss Air will for the first time allow direct entry as a Senior Cabin Crew Member with a part-time contract.

The new working model offers the choice of a workload between 60% and 90%. A minimum of two years of flight experience is required, including one year as a senior cabin crew member. After two months of full-time work, the employee is reduced to the selected part-time model. Training begins in March 2025 with a basic course, followed by introductory flights. Edelweiss emphasizes that this flexible model is intended to strengthen the company's positioning on the labor market.
