Emirates is celebrating its comeback in Vienna: just under three months after passenger traffic was suspended, the airline is again offering flights to and from Vienna. The “first flight” from Dubai was ceremoniously received at Vienna Airport yesterday.

Yesterday, the Emirates Boeing 777-300ER aircraft started landing again for the first time since March 25th. Over 200 people were on board. The flight connection to the Austrian capital was resumed with three flights a week - Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
