For entry into Portugal, it is now sufficient to present a negative antigen rapid test result, which must not be older than 24 hours. So far, the government has required PCR tests, although there have been exceptions in a few regions.

The Portuguese Council of Ministers took the relevant decision on Friday. Austria currently has Portugal on the list of Annex A countries, so that when you return you can enter the country with the so-called 3G rule without quarantine. Germany only regards the area around Lisbon and the Azores as so-called risk areas.
